CANCELLATION POLICY
CSB has a no refund/no exchange policy.* You may sell your ticket to someone else but you must contact CSB with that person’s full name.
*With the exception of extraordinary circumstances approved by the event director.
TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND, ATTENDEES MUST CANCEL PRIOR TO 10 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT. WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE EVENT, ATTENDEES HAVE THE OPTION OF A 50% REFUND. WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE EVENT START, EVENT PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ATTENDEES CAN ALWAYS ROLL THEIR PASSES OVER TO A FUTURE YEAR. THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS MAJOR ILLNESS/INJURY, OR THE DISCRETION OF THE EVENT DIRECTOR.
